Youth Support Specialist - On Call 2nd/3rd Shifts

The youth support specialist provides direct support to youth by building positive relationships, facilitating daily routines, and teaching independent living skills. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, structured environment, managing building access, and completing accurate documentation.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with a preference for previous work with youth or in human services. Applicants must be at least 24 years of age and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
