Early Head Start Teacher

The teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum while supervising classroom activities and ensuring the safety and well-Being of infants and toddlers. They must also collaborate with parents, maintain accurate developmental records, and provide service coordination for children with special needs.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and a cda certification, with a preference for two years of experience in an early head start setting. Applicants are required to pass background checks, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate the ability to lift 60 pounds and engage in physical classroom activities.
