Early Head Start Floaters

The early head start floater is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children while assisting with organized learning environments and curriculum implementation. They also support teachers with classroom transitions, child observations, and family engagement activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and obtain a child development associate (Cda) credential within six months of employment. Previous early childcare experience is preferred, along with the ability to communicate in both english and spanish.
