Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba to teach essential life skills. They work one-On-One with children with autism to reduce interfering behaviors and promote positive development.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain cpr and first aid certifications. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to pass a background check.
