$20 - $29 / HOUR
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA and collect data on patient progress using an iPad. Build positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers while collaborating with the clinical team.
A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required for entry-level roles. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday and possess a passion for working with children.

Competitive compensation with bonus potential! Rates from $20-$29/hr for RBTs.
In this role, BTs/RBTs are eligible for Bloomwell’s long-term incentive program. Team members can earn performance-based bonuses totaling up to $10,800, in addition to their hourly pay and scheduled wage progression increases.

Guaranteed Full-Time Hours - We promise to provide you full-time compensation regardless of patient cancellations because that is the right thing to do to support our teammates.
Ongoing Training and Development – We provide paid training for entry-level BTs AND continuous development for our experienced RBTs.
Direct support and guidance from a dedicated treatment team of one BCBA and a united team of RBTs.
