Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will work directly with students in the classroom to implement behavior therapy techniques and support functional skill development. They are responsible for collecting behavior data, documenting progress, and collaborating with school teams to foster student independence.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, 48 college credits, or have passed the parapro praxis assessment. A registered behavior technician certification is required or the candidate must be willing to pursue it with company support.
