Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) - Day Hab Program Floater

The behavior intervention specialist will develop and monitor behavior support plans while training staff on applied behavior analysis techniques. They are responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, tracking individual goals, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure effective treatment.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in a human services field and possess a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle. Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism is required, along with the physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility.
