  • Classification Contingent Worker (Fixed Term) Minimum Pay $0.00 Compensation will be commensurate with the level of the position, education, and experience. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This position is for a high school teacher under contract with a district in Douglas, Dodge, Sarpy, or Washington counties to teach MCC History courses for dual credit at their home high school. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
  • Deliver MCC course objectives in the high school dual credit classroom
  • Ensure academic rigor aligns with on-campus expectations
  • Participate in departmental course assessments
  • Complete required curriculum training
  • Maintain an MCC-aligned course syllabus
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Master’s degree in the discipline or in a related discipline with a minimum 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline.
