- Location: Willlingboro, NJ Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), part time positions available after 3pm during the week in Burlington County, NJ to start with the potential to build to full time. Apply now and Behavior Interventions will cover the cost of CPR/First Aid certification! *Courses completed directly through BII will be provided at no cost. Approved third-party courses will be reimbursed in accordance with company guidelines.

- Analysts (BCBAs): Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members through approved supervision activities Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate QualificationsQualifications of the

- Analyst (BCBA): BCBA certification Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants), LBA Licensure (For New Jersey Applicants) Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Willingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings after 3pm (3-4 times/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting (lift, carry, push or pull) 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally We serve Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, Central and Southern New Jersey, and the state of Delaware in Behavioral Health.
