The Learning Experience – Gaithersburg is hiring Lead Teachers for multiple classrooms as part of our opening team. We are seeking caring and motivated educators for infant, toddler, twos, and preschool programs who are excited to help build a positive school culture from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to join a new early childhood center and play a key role in shaping classroom environments, routines, and relationships with families from the very beginning.

Lead daily classroom instruction using developmentally appropriate practices Create safe, engaging learning environments that support early development Implement curriculum activities that promote social, language, and cognitive growth Guide children through structured routines and classroom transitions Build strong partnerships with families through consistent communication Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom organization Ensure compliance with Maryland licensing and safety requirements
Lead Teacher qualified under Maryland childcare regulations preferred CDA, Associate’s degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education a plus Prior classroom experience with young children preferred Strong classroom leadership and communication skills Must meet Maryland childcare licensing requirements
