Career Services Advisors

The career services advisor provides comprehensive career counseling to medical students, assisting with residency applications, specialty exploration, and career goal setting. They also collaborate with faculty and student affairs to facilitate events, manage career resources, and track student engagement throughout the residency process.

Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in counseling, human resources, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in career services, recruiting, or human resources is required, along with strong communication and professional skills.
