Instructional experience is required, and instructor candidates must have the ability to demonstrate hands on techniques and skills to students per required standards.
High School Diploma or GED 2 Years Clinical experience as an EMT or paramedic or hold an advanced certification such as nurse, respiratory therapist, or other healthcare professional CT Paramedic, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider Prior EMS teaching experience preferred
