Core responsibilities
The teacher is responsible for implementing the accredited curriculum, maintaining a safe and clean learning environment, and fostering positive relationships with children and their families. They will also lead classroom activities, conduct child assessments, and provide direction to other staff members.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have previous childcare experience and meet the education and experience requirements defined by the dcyf. Applicants are also required to pass a state dhs background check and obtain first aid and cpr certification within 30 days of employment.
