Paraeducator Pre-K (2026-2027 School Year)

The paraeducator assists the prekindergarten teacher in managing classroom routines, supporting student development, and implementing behavior plans. They also provide physical assistance to students and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and either 48 accredited college credits or a passing score on a state-Approved assessment. An associate's degree in early childhood education is preferred, and the role requires passing a physical capacity profile test.
