Para Sped High Incidence (2026-2027 School Year)

The paraeducator assists teachers in providing instructional support, managing classroom routines, and implementing behavior plans for students with diverse needs. They also provide physical assistance, monitor student safety, and maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent. Those working in title schools are required to have at least 48 accredited college credits or pass a state-Approved assessment.
