Program Leader

The program leader is responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for youth while implementing engaging programs in areas like education, arts, and physical activity. They act as a mentor to members, ensuring their emotional and physical well-Being while maintaining facility standards.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have prior experience working with children. Mandatory requirements include cpr and first aid certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage youth behavior effectively.
