About the Role

As a clinic-based BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver coaching and support Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers Compensation & Benefits Competitive Total Compensation: $98,000-113,000 which includes: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Base Salary: $74,000-$85,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm Location: 3319 N.
