Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for developing and monitoring child-Specific behavior plans based on aba principles and providing supervision to registered behavioral technicians. They must also conduct clinical assessments, manage treatment authorizations, and provide ongoing training to staff and families.

Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and a master’s degree in a related field such as psychology or special education. Strong analytical skills and the physical ability to interact with clients in a clinical setting are required.
