Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for developing and monitoring child-Specific behavior plans based on aba principles and providing clinical supervision to rbts. They must also conduct regular assessments, facilitate parent training, and ensure treatment effectiveness through continuous data review.

Candidates must hold a bcba certification and a master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, the ability to perform physical requirements, and adherence to ethical and hipaa compliance standards are required.
