Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for providing supervision to rbts, developing and monitoring child-Specific behavior plans, and conducting clinical assessments. They must also ensure treatment effectiveness through data review and provide ongoing training to staff and families.

Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and a master’s degree in a related field. Strong knowledge of behavioral health, professional ethics, and the ability to perform physical requirements are essential.
