Special Education Paraeducator Grades 7-12

The special education paraeducator provides instruction and oversight for students in a classroom setting while serving as a liaison between the teacher and students. Responsibilities include supervising student behavior, assisting with daily living activities, and preparing instructional materials.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma/Ged along with an associate’s degree or 60 college credit hours, or pass an approved assessment. Additionally, an active arizona ivp fingerprint clearance card and cpr certification are required.
