Job description
Assist professor with
GIS software instruction and troubleshooting, mentoring and guiding students with technical and analytical aspects of the software and in thinking about possibilities for projects and how to manage them. Assist professor with preparing support documents and planning for lab and field exercises.
Responsibilities
Prepare for and help set up lab before lab time Assist instructor and answer questions during lab Help instructor with miscellaneous tasks (e.g., field work with GPS equipment)
Requirements
Must be a full-time student at Ursinus College Enthusiasm Punctuality Reliability Responsiveness via email Ability to attend lab for entire period each week during the semester Familiarity with Canvas course sites
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Pro Familiarity with Ursinus desktop computer lab
