Established in 1980, we are Charlotte’s longest-standing private, outpatient pediatric therapy provider with a trusted reputation for quality, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Our integrated team includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Specialists, Psychologists, Counselors, and ABA professionals—supported by a dedicated client services team. Mid- and senior-level counselors at C&FD can influence clinical programming, lead case conceptualization, and deepen their expertise in specialized therapeutic modalities.

What Sets Us Apart

Opportunities to lead case consultations and contribute to program development.
