Develop and oversee individualized aba treatment plans while supervising rbts and providing ongoing training. Conduct clinical assessments and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Requires a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with bcba and ny licensed behavior analyst certifications. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in aba and possess a medicaid id from new york state.
