Core responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized aba treatment plans while supervising rbts and providing ongoing training. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and maintain ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements summary
Requires a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Candidates must also hold a new york licensed behavior analyst (Lba) license and have at least 1 year of experience in aba.
