The swim instructor is responsible for developing and teaching lesson plans while ensuring the safety and discipline of all participants in the pool area. They must also maintain accurate attendance records, evaluate student stroke techniques, and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Candidates must possess current cpr and first aid certifications and have relevant swim instruction experience ranging from zero to four years depending on the level. Applicants must also be physically capable of performing water-Based instruction and lifting at least 40 pounds.
