  • Schedule: Part-Time | Afternoon/Evening Hours | School Year We are looking for passionate and dependable Senior Program Leaders to join our Pre-K / Kindergarten program at the YMCA Loudoun at Sterling Elementary. This role is focused on creating a positive environment for early learners while supporting and guiding other staff.

  • Responsibilities: Lead and supervise engaging activities for Pre-K and Kindergarten students Design developmentally appropriate lesson plans and routines Provide mentorship and support to Group Leaders Communicate clearly with families and site leadership Monitor safety, attendance, and behavior Build strong, trusting relationships with children

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience with children ages 3–6 in a licensed or educational setting High school diploma or GED required; CDA or early childhood coursework strongly preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience fostering an environment for children of all abilities is valued.
