Core responsibilities

Provide active supervision and support for youth to help them develop essential life skills and positive relationships. Create a safe, therapeutic environment using trauma-Informed care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.

Requirements summary

Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree in a human services field and experience with recovery-Based treatment plans are preferred.
