Canton Mission Services - Employment Specialist/Job Coach

The employment specialist provides one-On-One coaching and job search assistance to help individuals overcome barriers to employment. They are responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized employment plans, and maintaining relationships with community employers.

A bachelor's or associate degree in a related field is preferred, though a high school diploma with three years of vocational rehabilitation experience is acceptable. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and the ability to obtain specific state and professional certifications.
