  • We are currently seeking a experienced School Age Group Leader at our Gardner location year round.
  • This individual will assist with classroom activities, supervise children, and help create a fun and safe environment for our school-age children.
  • This candidate will have prior experience working with children ages 5-12 years in a supervised work setting and have obtained their high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to commit to M-F 1:30-5:30 pm Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group Know and maintain child/teacher ratios in compliance with EEC regulations Assist in planning developmentally appropriate curriculum Maintaining clear, effective and positive communication with children, families, and staff The Guild of St.
