Core responsibilities
Provide trauma-Informed clinical therapy to individual clients and families while creating and implementing individualized treatment and transition plans. Collaborate with caregivers, case workers, and community partners to ensure comprehensive mental health support and maintain detailed documentation in carelogic.
Requirements summary
Requires a master's degree in a human service related field and a valid professional license (Lsw, lisw, lpc, lpcc, or lmft). Candidates must have previous mental health therapy experience, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
