The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and coordinate, facilitate, and support accommodated testing in the SMHS Learning Center. Assist in coordinating testing appointments and maintaining the Learning Center Google Calendar.
Ensure that teachers are following accommodated testing protocols by providing adequate materials, directions, and cover sheets.
Prepare and organize testing materials in accordance with individual testing requirements and approved accommodations.
Administer and oversee assessments according to strictly prescribed guidelines and standards while ensuring test security before, during, and after testing.
Provide assessment assistance and support to students in accordance with their individualized, official SMHS Academic Accommodation Plans. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, reading directions and questions aloud, bubbling Scantron sheets, checking for understanding, and providing examples.
Support students utilizing the Learning Center with basic organization, homework help, or studying.
Maintain a clean, quiet atmosphere conducive to student productivity.
Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential student information in compliance with St. Mary’s High School and Archdiocese of Baltimore policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative assistance, including monitoring the Guidance Department sign-in sheet and providing information or directions to walk-in students when available.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
$15.00 - $23.00, Hourly
