Facilitator Fellow (Paraprofessional)

The facilitator fellow supports kindergarten students through co-Teaching, leading small group instruction, and implementing a student-Centered curriculum. They are also responsible for classroom organization, tracking student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment using restorative practices.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree and gace paraprofessional certification preferred. Experience working with elementary students and knowledge of restorative justice practices are highly desired.
