The Home Visitor works with pregnant mothers and caregivers of children aged 0-5 to promote healthy child development and positive interactions. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, performing screenings, facilitating parenting education, and connecting families to community resources.
Candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Experience providing direct service to children and families is required, while Infant Mental Health Endorsement is preferred.
Catholic Charities, is seeking mission-driven candidates to join our Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor. In this role you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers and their children (0-5) to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between caregiver and child. This position is responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; completing home visits, conduct screening, facilitate parenting education and making referrals to other resources. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
