Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Adventure Based Therapy)

The counselor provides individual, family, and group therapy to youth in residential care and the sailfuture academy. Additionally, they lead mental health curricula during international sailing expeditions and coordinate therapeutic services with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold a master's degree or higher in a related field and have experience working with at-Risk teenagers. A passion for adventure and a commitment to a team-Oriented approach are essential.
