- Overview: We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Colorado Springs clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.
Position Details
Shift: Part-Time, In-Person Location: 4565 Hilton Pkwy Suite 101, Colorado Springs, CO 80907 Schedule: 1-2 days per week Clinic hours: M-F 8:00am - 6:00pm Pay Range: $70,000 – $104,000 per year Guarantee: Pay is bi-weekly, and we guarantee your full compensation for the first 30 days of employment to ensure a smooth and supported start Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid DORA license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's) Completed PRAXIS Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses Availability to work after school hours 1+ years of experience as an SLP Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment) Company paid life insurance, with voluntary buy-up options Short/Long term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Work-life balance: Flexible scheduling to fit your individual and family needs Exceptional orientation and training program, including ongoing support and mentorship HERO employee recognition program Referral bonus Every visit matters.
