Behavioral health therapist roles stay in demand

In Mississippi, therapist roles supporting youth with behavioral health needs are often competitive because employers look for advanced education, active licensure, and direct experience with children or adolescents. This posting requires a master’s degree or higher, one of several professional licenses, and at least two years of relevant experience; the listed medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits may help distinguish the offer.
