Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist implements core programming pillars to support academic success, character development, and healthy lifestyles for club members. They are responsible for ensuring youth safety, managing daily program activities, and tracking member attendance and progress.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in education or youth development preferred. Candidates should have experience working with youth and the ability to maintain certifications in cpr and first aid.
