Summer Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist plans and implements educational and recreational programs while ensuring the safety and well-Being of club members. They are responsible for tracking attendance, managing program supplies, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for youth development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate's degree in education or a related field preferred. Experience working with youth, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings are required.
