All employees must be fingerprinted and pass a background screening process by the Clearinghouse. Must pass a background screening, a psych evaluation, an annual drug and alcohol screening, and random drug screens. Must pass and maintain annual ARGUS training and certification through the Pasco Sheriff’s office Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Concealed Weapons Permit. High School Diploma or High School Diploma Equivalent (GED). Ability to maintain, fix, and build what is needed for the school campus. Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items (up to 40 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking for extended periods of time Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends if required. Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Must have effective written and verbal communication skills. and innovative classrooms who have used discipline, structure, appropriate incentive High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Operating knowledge of computer programs, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Working knowledge of technology equipment to include hardware repair, software installation, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Comptia A+ (Preferred). 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role. Excellent time management skills and ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and carry out duties efficiently and within established timeframes. Ability to effectively engage in the problem-solving process. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Regular attendance and punctuality. Must be able to stand for long hours. Physical requirements: Must be able to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
