Youth Care Specialist (Rose Cottage)

The specialist will implement therapeutic, nurturing, structured, and positive programming for emotionally, psychiatrically, and/Or behaviorally challenged youth aged 6-12. This involves utilizing learned skills and professional knowledge to foster positive changes while being an integral part of an inter-Disciplinary team.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position, which involves working directly with children aged 6-12. Experience working with school-Aged youth in residential treatment or related settings, as well as paid direct experience with youth, is considered a plus, and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
