Learning Specialist

The learning specialist will facilitate training programs including crisis management, compliance, and new hire orientation. They will also provide project management support for training initiatives and conduct sessions both on-Site and in the community.

Candidates must have a high school diploma with 5 years of child welfare experience, an associate degree with 2 years of training experience, or a bachelor's degree with 2 years of training experience. Certification in therapeutic crisis intervention or safe crisis management is highly preferred.
