Board Certified Behavior Analyst Montrose, Colorado, US
- We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team!
- Our BCBAs are responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients in Montrose, providing training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinating/collaborating with parents, schools, and community members in Montrose.

- What This Role Looks Like: Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment Base 3-5 days per week in-person at our clinic Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serving a rural Colorado community Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers Be part of a team that sees you, supports you, and helps you grow
We are looking for candidates who
- Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification (Required) Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two year A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities Valid driver's license, current insurance,
