Nursing Faculty

Nursing faculty are responsible for implementing the approved curriculum and providing students with opportunities to acquire knowledge and practice skills. They plan learning activities to meet program outcomes and participate in continuous program improvement and professional development.

Candidates must hold a current ny registered nurse license and a master's degree in nursing, though a bsn may be acceptable for practical nursing programs. Requirements include successful completion of background checks, drug screenings, and relevant certifications like cpr and hipaa.
