Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the Registrar’s Office during the college’s Workday implementation project. This temporary position ensures continuity of essential operations by managing day-to-day tasks using Banner and other current systems, allowing permanent staff to focus on system transition activities, training, and data integrity. Essential Functions Post transfer credit under the direction of the Assistant Registrar. 20% Assist with course section creation and maintenance. 20% Register special course options and overload permissions. 15% Process major/minor/certificate changes. 15% Enter Degree Works exceptions under the direction of the Assistant Registrar. 10% Process transcripts not fulfilled by the National Student Clearinghouse. 10% Respond to student, faculty and other inquiries. 10% Other

Requirement High school diploma or equivalent, required Associate's degree, preferred Minimum Work Experience 1-3 years Independence of Action Work progress is monitored by supervisor/manager; incumbent follows precedents and procedures, and may set priorities and organizes work within general guidelines established by supervisor/manager.
