The Lead Teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They must also manage child assessments and maintain professional communication with families.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of classroom experience. A CDA or Associate degree is highly preferred, along with the ability to pass background checks and meet physical lifting requirements.
