Preschool Teacher – School Readiness Classroom

The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking a nurturing Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 in a structured classroom environment focused on early learning and kindergarten readiness.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners through engaging routines and hands-on activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily preschool classroom routines and activities Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Guide children through learning centers, meals, and transitions Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership Follow Michigan licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Prior preschool or childcare experience preferred Strong classroom support and communication skills Reliable and team-oriented approach Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
