Behavior Technician (BT) – Full-Time Clinic Role

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision
• Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Create a fun, engaging, and supportive therapy environment
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow team members to support client success Schedule Requirements:
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior ABA or child-related experience required
• Strong communication and professionalism required
• Must be reliable, patient, energetic, and team-oriented
• Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
