- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision
- Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Create a fun, engaging, and supportive therapy environment
- Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow team members to support client success Schedule Requirements:
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior ABA or child-related experience required
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Must be reliable, patient, energetic, and team-oriented
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
