Job description
- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Durham, NC clinic. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to join our clinic team and help children with autism build meaningful skills and independence through high-quality ABA therapy. - Paid training and onboarding Position Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team regarding client progress Schedule Requirements:
- Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior ABA or child-related experience required
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Must be reliable, patient, energetic, and team-oriented
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
