Job description

  • Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Durham, NC clinic. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to join our clinic team and help children with autism build meaningful skills and independence through high-quality ABA therapy.   • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team regarding client progress Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior ABA or child-related experience required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
  • Must be reliable, patient, energetic, and team-oriented
  • Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
