Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and graduate Education and Special Education courses. Engage adult learners through inclusive pedagogy. Assess student learning and maintain records. Foster respectful and supportive learning environments. Communicate professionally with students and academic leadership.
Master’s degree in Education or a related field. Relevant professional experience in Education. Knowledge of educational theory, curriculum development, and effective teaching practices in higher education. Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in an online format using a Learning Management System (e.g., Canvas). Doctorate in Education or related field. Publications or research in Education. Proficiency in Canvas LMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and online teaching tools. Location Flex: This position is eligible for flexible work arrangements, allowing employees to choose their work location based on role requirements and team needs.
